PG Medical Admissions in Gujarat: Check out Instructions for Mop Up Round Counselling 2019

Gujarat: The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Education Courses (ACPPGMEC), Gandhinagar has published Instructions regarding the Mop-Up (OFFLINE) Round Of Counselling for PG medical courses.

All the candidates, who are included in the Merit-List of ACPPGMEC, are eligible to participate in the Mop-Up Round, irrespective of ACPPGMEC.

(i) Allotment/Non-allotment of admission in 1st / 2nd Round of ACPPGMEC

(ii) Payment/Non-payment of tuition fees in Axis Bank in 1st / 2nd Round of ACPPGMEC

(iii) Reporting/Non-reporting at Help-Center in 1st / 2nd Round of ACPPGMEC

(iv) Reporting/Non-reporting at admitted Institute in 1st / 2nd Round of ACPPGMEC

(v) Cancelled/Non-cancelled admission of 1st of ACPPGMEC

It is mandatory for all the candidates, who want to participate in the Mop-Up (offline) Round, to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in the mop-up round.

• The Mop-Up Round will be held between 4 May to 8 may, the detailed schedule will be announced later on the website. To take part in the Mop-Up Round you need to give consent between 27-Apr-2019 11:30 am to 01-May-2019 at 3.30 pm. You need to bring consent letter for the Mop-Up Round.

For Mop-Up Round of counselling, there will be an increase in the number of PG seats in the subject of –

(i) Pediatrics, Respiratory Medicine and other subject seats in PDU Medical College, Rajkot.

(ii) General Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics and other subject seats in BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad.

(iii) General Surgery, Anesthesia, Biochemistry, Community Medicine and other subject seats in Govt. Medical College, Bhavnagar.

(iv) Some Subject in other Medical colleges also So, all students are advised to give consent for Mop-Up Round. Updated PG seat matrix will be uploaded on the website on 02/05/2019.
