    PG AYUSH 2019: KEA releases Revised Schedule for Round 1 counselling
    Bengaluru: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the revised schedule for Round 1 counselling for PG AYUSH courses.

    Candidates who are vying for admissions to PG AYUSH courses can view the revised schedule mentioned below:

    PG AYUSH —2019 - First Round Revised Schedule

    Exercise of appropriate ChoiceFrom 6.00 pm on 19-09-2019 to 21-09-2019 up to 5.30 pm


    1. Payment of fees, Choice-1 and Choice-2 candidates only

    2. Submission of Original Documents at KEA, Bangalore and Collection of Admission Order -Choice-1 Candidates only


    20-09-2019 to 21-09-2019 up to 5.30 pm
    Last Date for Reporting at the Allotted College Choice -1 Candidates Only23-09-2019 upto 5.30 pm

    NOTE: Second round Schedule will be published shortly on the KEA Website.

    Note to candidates

    1. Who have been allotted seat in the first round and who may exercise Choice-2 or Choice-3;

    2. and seat not allotted Candidates;


    The candidates who have been allotted seat in the first round and those who opts choices 2 or 3 and also those candidates who have not been allotted a seat during first round should submit their original documents on the dates notified to KEA to become eligible to participate in the second round. The dates for submission of documents will be notified on the KEA Website before second round of online seat allotment.

    Instructions

    Schedule for Verification of Documents is hosted on KEA Website.

    1- The candidates have to attend the document verification process as per the schedule with all the necessary original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies of the same. Please read the PG_AYUSH “Information Bulletin — 2019” for submission of original documents as per the eligibility of the candidate.

    2- The candidates who have registered through online and declared are only eligible to participate in the verification process.

    3- Candidates have to be personally present for the document verification with all the required original documents as per their eligibility and strictly adhere to the time schedule published on the website. Original documents are verified against the computer data that has been furnished by him/her in his/her online registration application form. The eligibility claimed during online registration, is subject to document verification for the respective eligibility criteria.

    4- Please note that SC / ST / OBC eligibility criteria are applicable to Karnataka SC / ST / OBC candidates only.

    5- Original documents to be produced by the candidates should be in Kannada or English language. Please provide English transcript if in any other language (attested by the Competent Authority).

    6- Candidates have to wait for their turn for verification of documents and they are advised to make their return / onward journey arrangements only after completion of the verification process. Requests to verify the documents before their time schedule will not be entertained. Candidates have to co-operate with KEA for smooth functioning of the process.

    7- Those Persons with Disability candidates who have appeared for Medical Examination at Victoria Hospital, Bangalore and declared as eligible by the committee have to attend the document verification along with a certificate issued by the Competent Authority are only considered to claim seat under Persons with Disability.

    8- Non-Karnataka candidates are not eligible for reservation. Hence, in the AIA-PGET-2019 examination, if they have scored their required minimum marks or above fixed for the unreserved category as per the qualifying criteria i.e., 50th Percentile, then only they are eligible to register / verification for admissions through KEA or for any other seats in the state of Karnataka. Please note that SC / ST / OBC eligibility criteria are applicable to Karnataka SC / ST / OBC candidates only.
