Pay 50% of PG fee now, execute bond for the remaining: HC modifies order

Hyderabad:A modified Hyderabad HC order given on Thursday, allows PG students in MD & dental faculties in Telangana & AP to pay 50% of the new fee now & execute a bond for the remaining 50%- as an interim measure. This decision taken by a two judge bench comprising of Justice M.S.K. Jaiswal and Justice A.V. Sesha Sai.

The bench heard the petitioner's counsel and a large number of senior advocates appearing for private managements and Additional Advocate General for the State.

The modification comes at the pleading of various petitioners. The earlier petition spoke about the increase in fee not only being of unreasonable nature, but also against procedural norms, reports Hindu.
