    Nursing officer Recruitment: AIIMS issues notice on document verification

    New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi (AIIMS) has issued a notification informing about the date for document verification of candidates provisionally selected for the post of Nursing Officer at the institute.

    In its notice, the AIIMS has stated that the document verification of candidates provisionally selected for the post of Nursing Officer at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi will be held 05.12.2019, 06,12.2019 09.12.2019, 10.12.2019 and 11.12.2019 respectively.

    The candidates are required to report for document verification in the Dr. Ramalingaswami Board Room, Near Director's Office, AIIMS, New Delhi as per schedule.

    The candidates are required to produce the following Original Documents and a set of self attested copies thereof:-

     Registration Slip and Admit Card issued by the Examination Section.

     Certificate of Matriculation/High School showing the date of birth of the candidate.

     Degree/Diploma certificate of educational qualifications.

     Prove of INC recongnisation of Nursing Diploma/Degree.

     Registration Certificate as Grade "A" Nurses from State/Indian Nursing Council.

     The experience certificate issued from concerned hospital administration must clearly mention the number of beds in the Hospital certifying that it is 50 (or more) bedded hospital.

     In case of SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidate, a valid certificate, to this effect from the Competent Authority in the prescribed proforma is required. OBC candidates must submit the valid caste certificate on the last date of submission of online application i.e.
    21.08.2019
    as per central list of Government of India in the proforma provided by the DOP&T, Govt. of India vide O.M. No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res.) dated 30.05.2014.

     Persons with Disability Benchmark candidates with disabilities mentioned in Section 32(1) of Right of Persons with Disability Act, 2016, and Orthopedically Handicapped, One Leg (OL), should produce Disability Certificate issued by duly constituted and authorized Medical Board in the proforma prescribed by the Department of Personnel & Training Vide O.M. No. 36035/3/2004-Estt. (Res. ) dated 29.12.2005.

     EWS candidate, should bring the requisite certificate as specified by the Government of India at the time of appearing for the process of document verification. The income and asset certificate issued by one of the authorities competent as per the prescribed format as given in annexure-I shall only be accepted as proof of candidates' claim as belonging to EWS.

     No objection Certificate, if the candidate is already employed with Central/State Government/ Public Undertaking. (All candidates who are employed including those employed in private sector need to submit relieving letter from their employer at the time of joining.

     Photo Identity Card issued from any Government Authority.

     The candidates are also required to bring One Passport Size recent coloured photograph.

    Please also note that:-

    1. Your candidature is PROVISIONAL. If it is found later that you do not fulfill any of the conditions of eligibility laid down in the notification for vacancies/Recruitment Rules for the aforesaid post or if any information/document furnished by you is found false, your candidature will be as cancelled.

    2. You are advised in your own interest to satisfy yourself about eligibility as per the notified eligibility criteria to avoid disappointment at a later stage.

    This should not be treated as an offer of appointment. Offer of appointment will be issued to the candidates on the satisfactory verification of required documents.

    No TA/DA will be paid for the same
