NSF to verify documents of NEET selected candidates
Kohima: The Naga Student's Federation (NSF) has informed candidates, who have been selected to undergo various courses through NEET and NSEE, to verify their documents from the federation. In a press statement the NSF stated that the verification will be conducted jointly by the All Nagaland College Students' Union and the education committee of the NSF where the students are asked to present their documents with recent passport size photograph, HSSLC admission card, Schedule Tribe certificate, 'Indigenous Certificate,' Aadhaar number and guardians' Election voter ID card.
There have been instances of non-indigenous candidates applying from the state quota, it was informed. The selected candidates for the year 2018 who fail to verify their documents will be considered ineligible and necessary steps shall be initiated against them.
With the past years instances of non-indigenous candidates applying from the State quota, the selected candidates for the year 2018 failing to verify their documents will be considered as not eligible and necessary steps initiated against the defaulters, the NSF informed.
