    NEET SS Tomorrow: NBE Issues Notice with last Minute Pointers
    New Delhi: With the NEET SS Examination 2019 going to be held on 28/06/2019, National Board of Examinations (NBE), the exam conducting body for NEET SS 2019 exam has issued last minute important pointers to be kept in mind

    Through a recent notification, National Board of Examinations (NBE) informs that candidates are required to report to the examination centre at 12:00 PM. The details along with the original website of NBE is mentioned below:

     Candidates appearing for NEET-SS 2019 to be held on 28/06/2019 are required to report to the examination centre at 12:00 PM along with necessary documents as indicated in the information bulletin and admit card. No entry will be permitted after 1:30 PM.

     Candidates are requested to cooperate with the security process at the test centre. Do not carry any item prohibited at the test centre as indicated in the information bulletin and admit card.

     The question paper of NEET-SS in any particular specialty comprises of 100 MCQs divided into part A and part B consisting of 40 and 60 questions respectively. The time allocated for part A and part B is 45 minutes and 60 minutes respectively. Candidates may note that they cannot switch from part A to part B unless the prescribed time of 45 minutes for part A has lapsed.

     Questions that have been marked for review and attempted will be taken into consideration for generation of the final marks as per the marking scheme indicated in the information bulletin.

     Candidates are requested to maintain decorum at the examination centre. Early exit from the examination centre is not permitted.

    NEET-SS is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various DM/MCh courses as per the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Act, 2016.

    No other entrance examination, either at the state or the Institution level, shall be valid for entry to DM/MCh courses as per the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Act, 2016 w.e.f. 2017 admission session. Qualifying NEET-SS is mandatory for entry to DM/MCh courses under various Universities/ Institutions in the country.
