NEET SS 2019 Results Declared
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the results of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Super Speciality courses, NEET SS 2019.
NEET SS 2019, single eligibility cum entrance examination for admission to Super Specialty Courses, DM/MCh for the academic session 2019 was held on June 28th 2019. 31 distinct question papers were used for different Super Specialty/Clubbed Groups in accordance with the scheme prescribed in the Information Bulletin.

Result cum merit list of NEET-SS 2019 has been declared for each Super Specialty / Clubbed group.
The marking has been done in accordance with the marking scheme prescribed in the Information Bulletin.
Candidates placed at 50th percentile marks or above in their respective Super Specialty/Clubbed group are declared as qualified as per minimum qualifying criteria indicated in the Information Bulletin.
Super Specialty/Clubbed Groups wise cut-off score at 50th percentile in NEET-SS 2019 is tabulated.
Full marks have been awarded to all the candidates for these questions irrespective of the fact whether these have been attempted or left unattempted by the candidates.
This result cum scorecard of NEET-SS 2019 is also valid for admission to DNB Super Specialty courses and Fellowship courses of NBE as mentioned in the information bulletin of NEET-SS 2019. Please refer to the information bulletin for details.
Each and every question in NEET-SS 2019 for all 31 unique question papers were reviewed by faculty members from the concerned speciality after the conduct of NEET-SS 2019 to re-check for technical correctness of the questions as well as answer keys. As per inputs from the faculty members, a total of 16 questions were found to be technically incorrect as tabulated.
Candidates will be able to download their individual scorecards by 22nd July, 2019 onwards at NEET-SS website https://nbe.edu.in.

NEET SS 2019 RESULTS
QUALIFYING CRITERIA
Candidates placed at the 50 percentile or above shall be declared as qualified in NEET-SS in their respective speciality
DATE OF DECLARATION OF RESULT:
The result for NEET-SS 2019 will be declared by 15th July, 2019. The result shall be available at NBE website: www.nbe.edu.in
VALIDITY OF NEET-SS 2019 RESULT
The validity of the result of NEET-SS 2019 shall be only for the current admission session i.e. 2019 admission session for DM/M.Ch courses and cannot be carried forwardforthenextsessionofadmissionsforDM/MCh courses.
Kindly note that the registration of admissions for DM/M.Ch courses is governed by Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by Medical Council of India with prior approval of Central Government and the Judgments of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
TIE BREAKER CRITERIA
In the event of candidates obtaining the same score for a particular super speciality course, the following tie-breaking criteria will be applied to determine inter-se merit in descending order of application till a unique inter- se merit is determined for all such candidates:
1. Candidate having lesser number of negative responses in the overall paper will be placed at higher merit position.
2. Candidate obtaining higher score in Part B of the question paper will be placed at higher merit position.
3. Candidate having lesser number of negative responses in Part B of the question paper will be placed at higher merit position.
4. Older candidate will be placed at higher merit position.
PUBLICATION OF MERIT LIST
NBE shall declare speciality wise merit list i.e. there will be a separate merit list for each Super Specialty course. There shall not be any equating/scaling and normalization. The merit shall be generated strictly on the basis of
marks obtained by the candidate and application of the prescribed tie breaking criteria.
Candidates securing 50th percentile or more in each super speciality specific merit list shall be declared as qualified.
NEET SS 2019 Counselling
There shall be common counselling for all seats of NEET- SS 2019 at National- Level to be conducted by DirectorateGeneral of Health Services, Government of India. A notification regarding the common counselling is at Annexure-"D".
NBE shall not entertain queries pertaining to counselling and allotment of seats. For Schedule/FAQs and scheme of counselling, please visit MCC website www.mcc.nic.in.
NEET SS 2019 Reservation
As per the judgment of the Constitution Bench of Supreme Court of India Writ Petition (C) No. 350 of 1998, there is no reservation of seats for super speciality DM/MCh courses.
