    NEET PG Counselling: Rajasthan begins 2nd Round of State Medical, Dental registration

    Rajasthan: With a recent notice, NEET PG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling board, Rajasthan has informed about the registration process for State Medical PG Seats Allotments-2019 (Round 2) will be opened for NEET qualified candidates who did not register earlier.


    This registration will remain open as per the following schedule:




    1. Deposition of the registration fee through the e-Mitra network: From 15.04.2010 to 17.04.2019 up to 4:00 pm

    2. On-line registration & Information form filling by the forming by the candidates: 15.04.2019 to 17.04.2019 up to 5:00 pm


    The notification along with the full details of the original website is mentioned below.


    The seat matrix (Medical) for Round 2 would be finalized after 22.04.2019


    The registration process for State Dental P.G. Seats Allotments-2019 (Round 2) will be opened for NEET qualified candidates who did not register earlier


    This registration will remain open as per the following schedule:




    1. Deposition of the registration fee through the e-Mitra network: From 16.04.2019 to 30.04.2019 up to 4:00 pm

    2. On-line registration & Information form filling by the candidates: 16.04.2019 to 30.04.2019 up to 5:00 pm


    Candidates are advised to note the following carefully:




    1. Following candidates must bring demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- (or Rs. 12,500/- for SC/ST/OBC NCL/MBC NCL) [for allotment in Government Medical Colleges and Jhalawar Medical College & RUHS college of Medical Science] and demand draft of Rs. 2,00,000/- [for allotment In Private Medical Colleges] in favour of “Principal SMS Medical College, Jaipur” at the time of Round 2 of counselling.



    1. a) Fresh participants of Round 2

    2. b) Candidates allotted a college in Round 1 but not reported at the allotted college

    3. c) Candidates reported in Round 1 but resigned the seat

    4. d) Candidates not allotted a college in Round 1 (CNA)


    Above candidates are advised to bring the above DDs (1 DD for Govt. college and 1 DO for Private college as per their wish) prepared from the bank as they may get any type of seat at the time of off-line counselling.


    2 The candidates who did not join the allotted college in the first round of counselling OR who had resigned after joining of first round allotment will also be considered for the second round of counselling




    1. As per Hon'ble Supreme Court directions, the candidate who has joined through admission in All India Quota seats/ All Deemed / Private University (after Round 2 of NEET PG AIQ seats) will not be allowed to participate in Round 2 of State Counselling. No candidate will be allowed to resign from the State Quota seats after the cut-off date for the exit with forfeiture of the second round.

    2. Candidates who have joined the allotted college in round 1 and wish to retain the same college /seat need not come to participate in round 2 physically, their existing allotted seat will be retained as such. In case they resign Subsequently. their original documents will be returned only on submission of DD of Rs.25,000/- or Rs. 12,500/- or Rs. 2,00,000/- in favour of “Principal, SMS Medical College, Jaipur” as the case may be.

    3. Original documents of candidates who have joined the allotted college in round 1 and upgrade to another college /seat and subsequently do not join the allotted college in the second round of counselling OR who resign after joining of second-round allotment, will be returned only on submission of DD of Rs. 25,000/- or Rs. 12,500/- or RS. 2,00,000/- in favour of “Principal, SMS Medical College, Jaipur” as the case Hit be.

    4. All the candidates are further informed that no candidate will be allowed to resign from the state Quota seats after the cut-off date for the exit with forfeiture of second-round i.e 05.05.2019 by 5.00 PM


    In continuation of earlier notification dated 15/03/2019, It is for the information to all registered candidates seeking admission to various PG Medical (Degree / Diploma) Course that the 2nd Round of Allotment Procedure for State Medical (PG) seats will be held off-line as scheduled below.

    All other formalities will have to completed by the candidates at concerned college by the date as notified above, All other instructions/requirements and guidelines so laid down in the notification dated 15.03.2019 will remain same. But the date mentioned in the Instructions would be read as per above schedule Seat matrix and other relevant information for the mop-up round will be available at the website.
