My daughter has a PG seat in a deemed university in Round I but stands a good chance of getting a seat in state II round counselling. But the last date of surrender of All India I round seat is 16th April while State counselling results are later. What do we do? Won\’t it be better to do deemeded counselling after all the state counselling is over as many lakhs of rupees are involved

  2. GROUP 3_ Upgraded candiadates if got allotted in any of State conselling , could I able to resgin from the college before second round results ?

Group 1_Registered candidates who participated in Round 2 but did not get seat alloted in Round 1_
I am unable to understand this rule, as the candidate who did not get seat in Round 1 need not register again. Registered candidates candidates participated in Round 2, how can they get seat in round 1, so this confusing clause has to be clearly explained.
