NEET PG: Counseling First Round Medical Seat Allotment Fresh Lists released
NEET PG Counseling First Round of Seat Allotment fresh lists for Medical and Dental courses have been declared by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) on its official website – mcc.nic.in. The MCC had earlier on Wednesday, 28th April 2018, released a list of candidates who had been purportedly allotted a seat in the first round of seat allotment. However, it was soon followed by a notification that made the list ‘null and void’. Keeping in view the observance of many holidays during reporting period the colleges are directed to keep admission counters open on all holidays so that the students are not faced with any difficulty during admission process.
Colleges are also directed to take only the Transaction charges (10% of annual fee or Rs. 75000/- whichever is lower) at the time of admission for candidates who have opted for Upgradation in the next round and in case the candidate gets upgraded the documents should be handed over to the candidates as early as possible and fees refunded if any.
In case any allotted candidate is not in position to bring the Demand Draft in view of the bank holidays he/she may be given provisional admission on the basis of post dated Cheque/ Undertaking to avoid any inconvenience tothe candidate. In case of any discrepancy regarding Fees/Bond Information etc. the candidates are requested to confirm the same from the college authorities before reporting.

Since MCC is receiving lot of queries regarding counseling process, the candidates are hereby informed that:-
Last date of resignation of seat allotted in Round I is by 7 th April till 5 p.m In case the candidate does not give willingness for Round II seat, his earlier seat will be retained. Exit with Forfeiture means if the candidate does not join the allotted college in Round II his Refundable tuitionfee will be forfeited. In case candidate gives willingness for up gradation he/she has to pay Transaction charges.(Refer to noticeRegarding Reporting to Allotted Institute) All the candidates who do fresh registration and those who provide their willingness for up gradation have toFill Fresh Choices for Round II and these fresh choices will only be considered for Round II.
