NEET PG 2020: NBE issues notice on Non Disclosure Agreement for candidates
New Delhi: With the NEET PG 2020 being conducted on January 5th across the country, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has reiterated the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by the candidates during the registration process.
In its recent notice, the NBE stated that all candidates appeared in NEET PG 2020 are governed by Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
As per NDA, NEET-PG is a proprietary examination and is conducted by National Board of Examinations. The notice stated:
By registering for and /or appearing in NEET-PG the candidate explicitly agrees to the above Non-Disclosure Agreement and general terms of use for NEET- PG as contained in this Information Bulletin & NEET-PG website www.nbe.edu.in
Any candidate violating the NDA will be registered as an Unfair Means Case, the examination authority warned the NEET PG candidates
All concerned candidates are hereby informed to refrain from publishing, reproducing or transmitting any or some contents of this test, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or for any purpose.
Violation of NDA shall be liable for penal action and cancellation of the candidature at the bare threshold.
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for entrance to PG medical courses– NEET PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the only gateway for admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma Courses across the country. This year, candidates who are vying for admission to DNB Post MBBS will also have to appear for NEET PG 2020.
As per the NBE, no separate DNB CET was to be conducted for admission to DNB Post MBBS (Broad Specialty & Direct 6 Years Superspecialty) Courses.

NBE explicitly prohibits the candidate from publishing, reproducing or transmitting any or some contents of this test, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or for any purpose. No content of this exam must be shared with friends, acquaintances or third parties including sharing through online means or via social media. Social media includes but not limited to SMS, Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, Hangouts, Blogs etc. using either one's own account or proxy account.
