NEET PG 2019: UP DGME announces PG Medical Fee for 8 Private Medical Colleges
Uttar Pradesh: Through a recent Government Order, the Directorate General Medical Education, Uttar Pradesh ( UP DMGE) has announced about the maximum fees that will be charged by the various private medical colleges for various PG medical courses
The fees have been specified for two years that is the academic year 2019-20 and 2020-21 and is primarily divided according to clinical and non-clinical fields. Even in the non-clinical fields, the fees is different for PG pathology courses as well as other non-clinical courses
As per the notice, the fee has been determined after giving a due hearing to the respective medical colleges by the fee fixation committee and keeping in mind the various factors such as audited balance sheet, inflation, whether medical colleges are offering other UG and nursing courses or not
As per the specified table, Maximum fee for clinical courses has been for Barabanki medical college, while lowest is for Subharti medical college Meerut
The notice clarifies that the fee so determined includes all kinds off fess excluding hostel fee and compulsory deposit made at the time of admission. Concerned medical colleges/universities may prescribe fee lesser than the one prescribed by the DGME, the notice added
The notice has been notified at the DGME website and the notice asked the respective medical colleges to display the same as well adding that any violations on the same will be strictly dealt with
