NEET MDS Counselling 2019: MCC announces Result of Round 1 session
New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the results for the NEET MDS 2019 First Round of Online Seat Allocation/Counselling for All India Quota seats for PG dental courses for the academic year 2019-2020.
Candidates who scored good ranks in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for PG dental courses, NEET MDS had participated in the online counselling process for All India quota.
Allotment letter
The MCC has also issued the allotment letter on its website. Registered candidates can now go to the official website of MCC and log in their credentials to download the allotment letter for further process.
See the document attached below to check your result. The document mentions the NEET MDS All India Rank, actual and allotted category of registered PG dental candidates, roll number and name of college allotted to them.
Process of Online Allotment
ROUND-1
a) Main counselling Registration which will include payment of Non-Refundable Registration fee and Refundable Tuition fee (to be refunded in the account from which payment has been made).
b) Exercising of Choices and Locking of choices.
c) Process of Seat Allotment Round-1
d) Publication of result of Round-1
e) Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against 1st Round.
ROUND-2
(Candidates who registered for Round-1 and did not get any seat allotted need not register again.)
f) Fresh New Registration for Round-2 for those candidates who
• Have not registered in Round-1 (with full payment of fees).
• Have Resigned / Not reported in Round-1 can log in again.
g) Fresh Choice filling Round-2.
h) Publication of result of Round-2.
i) Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against Round 2
End of AIQ Quota Round
MOP –UP ROUND
j) Mop Up Round (Only for Deemed/ Central Universities & ESIC)
➢ Fresh Registration for Mop Up Round for candidates including those who registered in Round-1 & exited /who registered in Round-2 & exited with Forfeiture of fees.
However, candidates who have already joined and taken admission in Round-2 of AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities will not be eligible to participate in Mop Up Round. (Those who registered but were not allotted a seat in Round-1 & Round-2 need not register again).
➢ Fresh choice filling of Mop Up Round
➢ Publication of result of Mop Up Round
➢ Reporting at the Allotted Medical/ Dental College after Mop Up Round
➢ List of ten times (of the registered candidates) of the number of Stray vacancies to be sent to Deemed / Central Universities to be exhausted strictly in order of merit.
➢ Final Stray Vacancy Round to be conducted by Deemed/ Central Universities/ ESIC (There will be no Fresh Registration of Candidates in Final Stray Vacancy Round)
PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION FACILITY SHALL BE AVAILABLE AT THE BEGINNING OF FIRST ROUND, SECOND ROUND & MOP UP ROUND OF DGHS ONLY ON NOTIFIED DATES. THEREAFTER, REGISTRATION FACILITY SHALL NOT BE AVAILABLE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ANY REQUEST (FOR ANY REASON) FOR REGISTRATION, SHALL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER CLOSING OF REGISTRATION.
