NEET Counselling 2019 in Rajasthan: Round 2 Choice Filling Facility ON for MBBS Admissions
The NEET 2019 counseling will be conducted for admissions to all State / Management / NRI Quota seats in all Government and Private Medical and Dental colleges in Rajasthan as per the rules and regulations laid down by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences/Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and directions from the Central Govt., State Govt. and Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court.
Choice form filling for Second Round has started from 21-07-2019. Candidates are required to visit the website of respective colleges for information relating to the Admission fee, bank account, bank guarantee, and other formalities, etc.

Option to Upgrade / Participate in Round 2
All candidates who have joined their seats in Round 1 must opt as ‘YES or NO’ under Upgrade in Round 2 / Participate in Round 2 option available at the portal during Choice filling.
Candidates who have joined the allotted college in Round 1 and wish to retain the same college/seat need not fill choice(s) in Round 2 and must opt as ‘NO’ under Upgrade / Participate in Round 2 option available at the portal; their existing allotted seat will be retained as such.
Candidates who joined the allotted college in Round 1 and now do not fill option as Yes / No will not be considered for participation in Round 2 and their existing allotted seat will be retained as such.
Candidates can resign from their Round 1 allotted seat till 5.00 pm of 24.07.2019, thereafter no resignation will be accepted.
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 (fresh allotment / up-gradation) who do not join their Round 2 allotted seat or resign in due course of time will have to forfeit their registration fee.
Following candidates will be considered for the second round of counselling:
1. Fresh participants of Round 2
2. Candidates who have not joined the college allotted in Round 1
3. Candidates allotted a college in Round 1 but not reported at the allotted college
4. Candidates who resign after joining of the college allotted in Round 1
5. Candidates not allotted a college in Round 1 (CNA)
