NEET 2020: Kashmir Valley Candidates can now apply OFFLINE
All the candidates who intend to pursue MBBS and BDS courses in 2020 were asked to apply with the NTA for NEET 2020 online only. However, considering the request by the Kashmir Valley candidates, the offline application process will be initiated for them.
The application process for NEET 2020 will continue till 31st December 2019 and for Kashmir Valley students 1st January 2020. So, the concerned candidates are requested to apply by then. This year, the admission to MBBS course in AIIMS, New Delhi, JIPMER and all AIIMS like institutions will also be made through NEET.
The NEET 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on 3 May 2020.
OFFLINE APPLICATION FOR KASHMIR VALLEY NEET 2020 CANDIDATES
In addition to the existing online Application facility, the Candidate(s) in the Kashmir Valley can also submit the Application Form offline by using any of the following methods:
1. downloading the form available on the website ntaneet.nic.in and filling in the hard copy, depositing it at the Nodal Centre mentioned below and obtaining a Receipt therefrom.
2. Using a hard copy of the form available at the Nodal Centre, filling in, depositing it there itself and obtaining a Receipt therefrom.

The candidates are required to fill in complete details along with supporting documents wherever required. The candidates are advised to pay their fees in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of Director General, National Testing Agency, payable at NOIDA (UP).

Other Backward Classes (OBC) – Non Creamy Layer as per the Central list of Other Backward Classes available on National
Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC-Government of India website www.ncbc.nic.in).
The Information Bulletin containing detailed information of the Test, syllabus, eligibility criteria to appear/admission, reservation, classification of seats, examination fee, cities of examination, State Code of eligibility, age etc., is available on website ntaneet.nic.in. Copy of the same is also available at the Nodal Centre. Candidates may, therefore, check all the details in the Information Bulletin before submission of Application Form.

*OBC-NCL (Other Backward Classes)-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) as per the Central List of Other Backward Classes available on National Commission for Backward Classes. The candidates falling in this list may mention OBC-NCL in the Category Column.
State list OBC-NCL Candidates who are not in OBC-NCL (Central List) must choose General.
1. Candidates from the Kashmir valley only should fill up offline form.
2. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
3. In case a candidate is found to fill in more than one application, the admit card will be cancelled/withheld and his/her candidature will be forfeited for this/future examination.
4. Candidates must follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on NTA website strictly. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
5. Candidates must ensure that e-mail Address and Mobile Number provided in the Offline Form are their own or parents only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered-mail address or SMS on registered Mobile Number only.
6. Instructions to candidates for filling Offline Application Form:
➢ Fill in the Offline Application Form and keep a photo copy of the same for reference.
➢ Paste latest Passport size Photograph
➢ Post Card size photograph (4"X6")
➢ Put Signature
➢ Put Left hand thumb impression (In case of any eventuality of left thumb being unavailable, right hand thumb impression may be used.)
➢ Put Photo copy of Class X Passing Certificate
For photograph, the focus needs to be on face (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white
background).
7. Pay required fee through Bank Draft. Bank Draft should be drawn in favour of "Director General, National Testing Agency, Noida" payable at NOIDA.
8. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the NTA website and also check their e-mails/SMS for latest updates. They can also contact their Nodal Centre.
9. Candidate shall appear at their own cost at the Examination Centre on Date and Timing indicated on their Admit Card issued by the NTA.
10. Any request to change the Examination Centre, Date and Time provided on the Admit Card shall not be considered under any circumstances.
11. Candidates are advised to take 6-8 Passport size and 4-6 Post Card size (4"X6") colored photographs with white background. The photographs are to be used for pasting on Offline Application Form, for examination and also for Counselling/Admission.
Note:
1. The final submission of Offline Application Form will remain incomplete if not accompanied with required fee and not filled up properly.
2. No request for refund of fee once remitted by the candidate will be entertained by NTA under any circumstances.
3. The Candidate may print confirmation Page after 15th January, 2020.
4. The candidates must keep photo copy of the Bank Draft, Application Form and receipt given to them by the Nodal Centre.
Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any Instruments, Geometry or Pencil box, Handbag, Purse, any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material), Eatables and Water (loose or packed), Mobile Phone/ Ear Phone/ Microphone/ Pager, Calculator, DocuPen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Camera, Tape Recorder, Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices in the Examination Hall/Room.
Diabetic students are allowed to carry eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle to the Examination Hall. However, they will not be allowed to carry packed foods like chocolates/candy/sandwich etc. For detailed instruction refer to Chapter 8 and Chapter 9 of Information Bulletin.
Candidates taking help of others (including Cyber Café etc.) should ensure that all the four steps mentioned above have been filled up correctly in their presence only. False/misleading information will lead to cancellation of candidature and/or criminal proceedings under laws of the country.

5. NTA does not edit /modify/alter any information entered by the candidates after completion of application process under any circumstances. NTA does not guarantee that any request for change in information thereafter will be entertained. Therefore, candidates are advised to exercise utmost caution and care for filling up correct details in the Application Form.
Usage of Data and Information: NTA can use the data provided by the End User (test taker in this case) for internal purpose(s) including training, research and development, analysis and other permissible purpose(s).
