NEET 2018 Counselling: MCC Notice regarding Eligible NRI Candidates

Medical Counseling Committee has issued a notice regarding eligible NRI candidates. full notice along with the official website of medical counselling committee is given below:

Attention Candidates

All those candidates who had sent documents in support of their claim to be NRI as per the directions/orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case (W.P. (C) No.689/2017- Consortium of Deemed universities in Karnataka (CODEUNIK) & Anr. Vs. Union Of India & Ors.) dated 22-08-2017 with respect to NRI notice dated 13-06-2018, it is informed that the documents have been scrutinized. The category of those candidates who have been found to be eligible after scrutiny has been changed to NRI and they can now fill their choices in NRI category as well as Indian. Foreign Nationals, OCI/PIO are also eligible to fill their choices in NRI category.
