NBE invites companies for Conduct of Computer-Based Tests
New Delhi: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has invited bids for Conduct of Computer-Based Tests (CBTs) from registered and reputed Computer Software/Educational Consultancy firms who have adequate infrastructure and experience of successfully conducting Computer-Based Tests on a secure platform, in 100 or more cities covering at least 20 states of the country.

This Tender document establishes the fundamental requirements for Conduct of Computer Based Tests for the NBE, New Delhi, for entering into a contractual relationship with a qualified respondent entity which is willing and able to meet the expectations of NBE.
Interested agencies can submit their sealed bids before Wednesday, 28th March, 2018 (12:00 noon) at National Board of Examinations, NAMS Building, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110029.
The tender document has to be submitted along with a fee of Rs. 2,500/- (non refundable) in form of demand draft in favour of National Board of Examinations payable at New Delhi. There is no exemption from payment of tender document fees and tenders without requisite fees shall not be accepted.
The tender is a “Two Bid’ document. The Technical Bid should contain all the relevant information and desired enclosures in the prescribed format along with Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). The financial Bid should contain only price Bid Form - IX. In case, any bidder encloses the financial bid within technical bid, the same shall be rejected summarily.
The Technical and Financial bids should be kept separately in sealed envelopes and
both of these envelopes should be kept in one envelope, superscribing “Tender for Conduct of Computer Based Tests” so as to reach the Honorary Executive Director, National Board of Examinations, NAMS Building, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi – 110029, by Wednesday, the 28th March, 2018 (up to 12.00 Noon). Late tenders shall not be accepted. The technical bid shall be opened as per schedule in presence of bidders who may like to be present.
