    NBE activates Edit Window for DNB PDCET 2020

    New Delhi: The candidates, who had mistakenly put any inaccurate information in the online application forms for Diploma National Board (Post Diploma) Centralized Entrance Test– DNB PDCET 2020; now have been given the chance to edit it.

    The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has received the applications from 11th October 2019 to 31st October 2019. Now, candidates who by any chance had submitted incorrect info can edit their application forms at the official website of NBE.

    An 'edit window' is currently ongoing and shall be available till 11th November for updating selective editable information to applicants who have successfully applied during the aforesaid application window. New applications cannot be submitted during the edit window.

    The following information in the application forms cannot be edited during the 'edit window':


    a. Name of the Candidate
    b. Mobile Number
    c. Email ID
    d. Testing City
    e. Nationality
    f. Date of Birth
    g. Gender
    h. Category of the Candidate


    Many requests have been received from applicants to allow updation in following fields also due to incorrect entries made by the applicants:


    a. Date of Birth
    b. Gender
    c. Category of the Candidate


    The applicants shall now be able to edit these 3 fields as well within the 'edit window'.


    The candidates are asked to upload the scanned copies of following original documents while completing the online application form:


    Post Graduate Diploma Certificate/Provisional Pass Certificate (PPC) of qualifying eligible PG Diploma Qualification on or before 30-11-2019




    • If PPC/Diploma Certificate of eligible PG diploma qualification has not been issued by the University a self-attested copy of notification issued by the University as a proof of declaration of PG Diploma result on or before the cut-off date i.e. 30-11-2019 can be submitted.

    • If proof of passing PG Diploma qualification is not available with the candidate by the cut-off date of application form submission i.e. 31 October 2019, same can be submitted to NBE latest by 5 December 2019 through email at cet@natboard.edu.in, failing which admit card shall not be issued.


    One of the proofs of Postgraduate Diploma qualification being recognized as per the provisions of IMC Act 1956




    Additional Qualification Registration Certificate (AQRC) issued by MCI or State Medical Council for PG Diploma qualification; OR


    Self-attested copy of print-out of MCI website confirming to recognition status of PG Diploma qualification



    If PG diploma qualification is NOT listed as "Recognized" on MCI website, such candidates are mandatorily required to submit either AQRC issued by MCI or IMR Certificate issued by MCI wherein said additional PG Diploma qualification is registered


    Photographs, Signatures and Thumb Impression should only be uploaded as per prescribed Image upload guidelines


    Submission of incomplete applications, incorrect information, upload of illegible/unclear/unattested/incorrect documents shall invite rejection of applications.


    Please be apprised that NBE does not edit /modify/alter any information entered by the candidates at the time of online submission of application form under any circumstances.


    Communication Protocol: For any query/clarification/assistance related to PDCET 2020 admission session, please write to NBE only at cet@natboard.edu.in or NBE Candidate Care helpdesk at details indicated in DNB PDCET 2020 Admission Session information bulletin.


    The email addressed to NBE should mention name of sender, application ID, correspondence address and mobile number. Emails sent at any other email IDs or not as per communication protocol shall not be processed.


    Important Dates for DNB-PDCET:

    Examination Date: 20th December 2019

    Declaration of result: By 20th January 2020

    • Psychiatry

    • Radio-Diagnosis

    • Radiotherapy

    • Respiratory Diseases

    • Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

    • Pathology
