MCI Inspection for PG Anytime Till 30 September 2018, No further Intimation: MCI tells Medical Colleges

Medical Council Of India has issued a notice regarding assessment Of starting /increase of seats in Postgraduate Courses for the Academic year 2o1g-20 u/s 10A of IMC Act, 1956. The notice informed about the assessment for Starting /increase of seats in Postgraduate courses for the Academic year 2019-20 stating that the assessment by the Council Assessors at any period of time i.e. from date of Circular prior to 30th September, 2018, without any further intimation.

Medical Council Of India directed to inform you that the assessment for Starting /increase of seats in Postgraduate courses for the Academic year 2019-20 u/s 10A of IMC at 1956 will be undertaken by the Council Assessors at any period of time i.e. from date of Circular prior to 30th September, 2018 as prescribed in the Regulation of "The Opening of a New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including Post-graduate Course of Study or Training) and lncrease of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training(inctuding a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training) Regulations, 2000" (As amended time to time) without any further intimation. Standard Inspection Form & Declaration Form for the Academic year 2O19-20 are available on MCI website and the same can be downloaded from www.mciindia.orq.

The notice also informed about the inspection forms that are supposed to be kept ready by the institutions in this regard

Standard Inspection Forms should be filled up by the college/institute and kept ready at the time of assessment. The CD/DVD/Pen Drive soft copy of the declaration forms as well as Standard Inspection Forms should be in word or PDF format.ln view above your requested to kept ready the above document at the time of assessment of the college/institute and handover to the Council Assessors along with soft copy.

No other forms will be accepted. Above circular notice is applicable only in respect those college who have applied for Starting /increase of seats in Postgraduate courses for the Academic year 2019-20 U/S 10A of IMC Act, 1956
