MCC Notice: Eligibility for Stray Vacancy Round of Central Universities

MCC is getting lot of queries regarding eligibility in the Stray Vacancy Round which will be conducted by respective Central University, whether only the Institutional Candidates are eligible or Registered Candidates from other Universities are also eligible for Stray Vacancy Round of Central Universities.

In this regard it is essential to mention that the eligibility criteria of the Candidates (regarding Institutional Preference) participating in Stray Vacancy Round of Central Universities will be as per rules and regulations of the University they are applying for. It is further clarified that the rest of the Eligibility criteria (in terms of joined/ resigned status) remains as per the FAQs on MCC website and the Gazette Notification of MCI.
