MBBS,BDS Admissions in Rajasthan: 1st round NEET 2019 Counselling on, Check out details
Rajasthan: The NEET UG 2019 counseling will be conducted for admissions to all State / Management / NRI Quota seats in all Government and Private Medical and Dental colleges in Rajasthan as per the rules and regulations laid down by Rajasthan University of Health sciences/Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and directions from the Central Govt., State Govt. and Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court.
The NEET score along with some relevant data has been provided by the Conducting agency of NEET 2019 to the Rajasthan State NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board-2019.
COUNSELING FEE:
All candidates are required to deposit non-refundable counseling fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1200/- for SC, ST, ST-STA category candidate of Rajasthan state domicile as well as candidate whose family annual income is less than INR 2.5 lacs) + applicable transaction charges.
The counseling fee is neither refundable, nor transferable and nor adjustable for any future State UG admissions. Any plea in this matter shall not be entertained.
Please keep the information submitted in application form confidential and do not share with anybody. If you have filled application form but have not filled your choices during the notified period, you will not be allotted any seat in the round 1 but will be considered subsequently subject to fulfilling the applicable conditions.
IMPORTANT DATES / SCHEDULE
Note: 1. Detailed programme for second round and mop-up round will be announced later on website.
2. Fresh application form will be opened also before 2nd round of counseling and before mop-up round.
3. Mop-up round (off-line) will be conducted to fill-up seats remaining vacant after completion of 2nd round of counseling. For this purpose, fresh application form shall be opened on all India basis.
4. After mop-up round, once the State NEET merit list is exhausted, the admissions on residual vacant seats will be done from the available list of all India NEET UG 2019 qualified candidates, on filling application form with NEET UG Counseling Board 2019.
5. Choice filling will be opened for all candidates (who have filled application form) before 2nd round of counseling also.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Before filling the on-line application form, read the information booklet and instructions for filling on-line application form etc. very carefully.
You should be very careful in filling-up the on-line application form. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature will be rejected even if you come through the final stage of admission process or even at a later stage.
IMPORTANT: HAND WRITTEN / TYPED / PHOTOSTAT COPIES / PRINTED APPLICATION FORM / SCREEN PRINTOUT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
Follow the steps as given in “Instructions to fill up on-line application form” available at the website.
Note the Single-Sign-On (SSO) ID (generated at https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in) and password for further steps. Keep it safe and confidential.
CONDITIONS RELATING TO BOND / FEE STRUCTURE
Conditions relating to bond etc. (applicable for Government colleges) The candidates selected in Govt. Dental College (RUHS College of Dental Sciences) will have to submit a bond of Rs. 4.0 lakhs (Rupees four lakhs) in favour of Principal of the said college along with Bank Guarantee of Rs. 1.00 lakh, if the candidate leaves the course after
second round of counseling, the Bank Guarantee and Bond will be forfeited by the college.
The candidates selected in a Govt. Medical College will have to submit a bond of commitment to serve the State Government for 2 years, amounting to Rs. 5.0 lakhs (Rupees five lakhs). If the candidate leaves the course after second round of counseling (before completion of the course) due to any circumstances then also the bond of Rs. 5.0
lakhs (Rupees five lakhs) will be applicable and Rs. 5.0 lakhs will be charged from such a candidate.
Refer the information booklet for Proforma of the Bond. Conditions relating to bond etc. (applicable for private colleges) At the time of reporting, the selected candidates will have to submit a bond / bank guarantee as applicable. For details, refer website of respective private colleges / contact college office.
Forfeiture of fee / Permissibility to students to exercise fresh choice during counseling shall be in accordance with the following matrix: (Gazette notification no. MCI-34(41)/2018-Med/109835, dated 18.05.2018)
All participants are required to deposit on-line, registration fee INR 10,000/- for general candidate and INR 5000/- for SC/ST/STA/OBC/MBC candidate (for allotment in Govt. Colleges and Govt. Societies colleges (Jhalawar, RajMES) / RUHS Medical College) and INR 1,00,000/- (for allotment in Private colleges) at the time of choice filling (Candidates who deposit INR 1.0 lakh will be considered for Govt. seats also. They are not required to deposit INR 10000 or 5000 separately).
The candidates who exit (do not join the allotted college in the first round of counselling OR who resign after joining of first round allotment) will be considered for second round of counseling.
The candidates who exit in Round 1 / who exit with forfeiture in Round 2 will be considered for mop-up round of counseling (with fresh application form).
Those who applied but were not allotted a seat in first round as well as second round will be considered for mop-up round of counseling (without fresh application form i.e. need not fill the application form again).
All the candidates are further informed that as per Hon”ble supreme Court directions in Writ Petition No. 267/2017 DAR-Us-SLAM Education Trust & Ors Vs MCI & Ors, candidate who has joined through admission in All India Quota seats (15%) / All Deemed University after Round 2 of NEET UG AIQ seats will not be allowed to participate in Round 2 of State Counselling.
Candidate who has been allotted a seat in Round 2 may exit (before the last date for reporting for Round 2) with forfeiture.
Round 1 candidate who has not been upgraded in Round 2 may resign his/her seat allotted in Round 1 within 2 days of Round 2 result announcement without forfeiture.
No candidate will be allowed to resign from the state Quota seats after cut-off date for exit with forfeiture of second round.
