    MBBS Counselling 2019 in Rajasthan: Schedule for Round 2 Released
    Rajasthan: The Rajasthan State NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board 2019 has released the schedule for the second round of NEET Counselling for MBBS and BDS courses.

    Candidates who are vying to appear for round 2 MBBS and BDS counselling can update themselves with the schedule and instructions for second round counselling session as uploaded by the Rajasthan Medical Counseling Board on its official website.

    The counselling authority in its recent notification has clearly informed all NEET-UG 2019 qualified candidates seeking admission to MBBS / BDS Course that the 2nd Round of allotment procedure for State Medical / Dental (U.G) seats will be held on-line as scheduled below:

    Publishing of seat matrix including seats reverted from AIQ25.07.2019
    Last date for depositing the registration fee at the website

    Registration fee (applicable for MBBS seats only, not applicable for

    BDS seats)

    For Govt. medical colleges - INR 10000 (half for SC/ST/OBC/MBC candidates) For private medical colleges – INR 1.0 lakh

    Choice filling

    Last date for choice filling at the website (including filling up and saving of the choices / changing the filled choices multiple times)

    Note: Candidates who applied but not allotted a seat in Round 1 or candidates who did not join in Round 1 can edit their pre-filled choices otherwise their pre-filled choices will be considered as such for allotment in Round 2.

    Application form for Mop-Up Round
    (Fresh application form will be required for Candidates who exit in Round 1 and Candidates who exit with forfeiture in Round 2)
    *Candidates who filled choices but were not allotted a seat in Round 1, as well as Round 2, need not fill the application form again for Mop-up Round
    Between 04.08.2019
    and 06.08.2019

    Option to Upgrade / Participate in Round 2


    All candidates who have joined their seats in Round 1 must opt as ‘YES or NO’ under Upgrade in Round 2 / Participate in Round 2 option available at the portal during Choice filling.


    Candidates who have joined the allotted college in Round 1 and wish to retain the same college/seat need not fill choice(s) in Round 2 and must opt as ‘NO’ under Upgrade / Participate in Round 2 option available at the portal; their existing allotted seat will be retained as such.


    Candidates who joined the allotted college in Round 1 and now do not fill the option to upgrade as ‘Yes / No’ will not be considered for participation in Round 2 and their existing allotted seat will be retained as such.


    On opting as ‘YES’ (under Upgrade in Round 2 option), the existing joined seat of Round 1 will be retained as such in case Round 1 joined the candidate does not get his/her higher choice in Round 2.


    Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 (fresh allotment / up-gradation) who do not join their Round 2 allotted seat or resign in due course of time, their registration fee will be forfeited.


    Following candidates will be considered for a second round of counseling:


    1. Fresh participants of Round 2
    2. Candidates who have not joined the college allotted in Round 1
    3. Candidates allotted a college in Round 1 but not reported at the allotted college
    4. Candidates who resign after joining of the college allotted in Round 1
    5. Candidates not allotted a college in Round 1 (CNA)
    6. Candidates who have joined the college allotted in Round 1 and are opting as ‘YES’ (under Upgrade in Round 2 option)


    All the candidates are further informed that as per Hon”ble Supreme Court directions in Writ Petition No. 267/2017 DAR-Us-SLAM Education Trust & Ors Vs MCI & Ors, candidate who has joined through admission in All India Quota seats (15%) / All Deemed University after Round 2 of NEET-UG AIQ seats will not be allowed to participate in Round 2 of State Counseling.


    Other than Rajasthan State candidates can also fill the application form to participate in Rajasthan State NEET UG MBBS/BDS Counseling 2019. Such candidates will also have the option to fill ALL the choices that are likely to be available later after exhausting the state candidates.


    Other than Rajasthan State candidates will be considered for allotment of the seat after exhausting the Rajasthan state candidates.


    Mop-up round (off-line)


    Mop-up round (off-line) will be conducted to fill-up seats remaining vacant after completion of Round 2 of counseling. For this purpose, a fresh application form shall be opened on all India basis.


    After a mop-up round, once the State NEET merit list is exhausted, the admissions on residual vacant seats will be done from the available list of all India NEET-UG 2019 qualified candidates, on filling application form with NEET UG Counseling Board 2019.


    As per MCI notification, a candidate who joins any seat will not be allowed to participate in the mop-up rounds.
