MBBS/BDS Seat Allotment: Rajasthan NEET Counselling Round 2 Schedule out
Rajasthan: The NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counseling Board-2018 in coordination with the Principal/Controller, SMS Medical College and Attached Hospitals, Jaipur has on Saturday July 21, 2018 released online the Second Round of Seat Allotment Round 2 (offline) schedule on its website rajugmedical2018.org.
Accordingly, the candidates who have registered for Round 2 should verify their documents on July 23 at 12:00 pm.
"Document verification before the Board for PH, Defense/PM, ST-STA/TSP candidates who have not been verified earlier at Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur should be done on July 23, 2018 at 12:00 pm", Second Round of Seat Allotment Roound 2 schedule released by Rajasthan UG NEET 2018 admission board says.
"Candidates remaining on July 23 may present themselves physically on July 24 at 9.00 am for document verification", the board says.
"Publishing of Merit List (PH, Defense/PM, ST-STA/TSP) will be done on July 24, 2018", the Rajasthan UG NEET Admission board says.
The candidates who have exited or did not join the allotted college in the first round of counseling OR who had resigned after joining of first round allotment will be considered for second round of counseling.
NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counseling Board-2018 in coordination with the Principal/Controller, SMS Medical College and Attached Hospitals, Jaipur had started from July 15, 2018 registration of candidates for Round 2 Counseling of MBB/BDS admission 2018-19. The last date to register was July 19, 2018.
The NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counseling Board-2018 had earlier successfully conducted the First Round of Rajasthan UG NEET Counseling.
The First Round had started on June 18 with online registration. The Rajasthan borad had released the Merit List and Indicative Allotment on June 28 and June 25 respectively. Candidates who wis to access Merit List can do so from the official website.
"The NEET UG 2018 counseling will be conducted for admissions in all Government (85% state quota including NRI) and Private (85% state quota and 15% NRI) Medical and Dental colleges in Rajasthan, as per the rules and regulations laid down by Rajasthan University of Health sciences/Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and directions from the Central Govt., State Govt. and Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court", Rajasthan neet counselling 2018 notification said.
The NEET score along with some relevant data has been provided by the Conducting agency of NEET 2018 to the Rajasthan State NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board-2018. All the allotments will be done by this Admission Board constituted by the State Govt comprising of all Principals of Medical/Dental Colleges of the state and others.
During the process, the eligibility criteria, relevant documents, etc. of the candidates shall be verified and Medical/Dental College shall be allotted to the candidate according to the merit, the choice(s) filled by the candidate and availability of the seats as per the reservation policy of the state but the admission will be subject to verification of his/her documents for which the decision of the Principal of the concerned allotted college or the board will be final.
