    MBBS/BDS in UP: NEET 2018 First Online Counselling Begins

    MBBS/BDS in UP: NEET 2018 First Online Counselling Begins
    The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) is set to start from Monday July 02, 2018 the First Online Counselling i.e. Choice Filling for the students whose names appeared in the Merit List and who have verified their documents.

    Steps to participate in UPNEET UG 2018 First Counselling

    • Follow the instruction for Online Choice Submission for UP NEET UG 2018


    Candidates should note that the last date for Choice Filling is July 04, 2018.

    The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) had started on June 20, 2018 online registration of the candidates who have passed NEET 2018 and now seeking admission in MBBS/BDS and other medical courses in the government, aided and private medical colleges running in Uttar Pradesh.

    The last date of registration at UPNEET UG 2018 website was June 24, 2018. The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) released the Merit List of the candidates whose registration was successful on June 25. The document verification was done from June 26 to June 30, 2018.

    After the document verification, the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) is now set to start the First Round of Counselling and Choice Filling from Monday July 02, 2018. It will continue till July 04, 2018.

    The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) will declare UPNEET UG 2018 Seat Allotment Result on July 05, 2018. Candidates will be able to download their allotment letters from July 06 to July 11, 2018. Date of joining is July 07 to July 12, 2018.

    The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh is functioning directly under the State Government. Its important functions are to run and strengthen Medical and Dental Colleges and other Medical/Paramedical diploma, degree, post graduate and super speciality programs in the State of U.P.

    The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG -2018) is organized all over India. Students who had cracked 12th standard UP board Inter exam participated in the test. After declaration of NEET result, every state individually accepts online applications for admissions in medical colleges. Accordingly, the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) has also called for applications from the NEET qualifiers.
