BAMS: CEE Kerala Issues Notice Regarding Third Phase of Allotment to Medical & Allied Courses
Kerala: Through a recent notice Office Of The Commissioner For Entrance Examinations, Kerala informed about medical course such as Ayurveda (BAMS), Homoeopathy (BHMS) third Phase of Allotment to Medical & Allied Courses. The notice with the full details of the original website of CEE Kerala is given:
The activities related to the third phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses excluding MBBS/BDS courses commenced on 18.09.2018. In this phase, allotment will be done to the vacant seats existing in another Medical course such as Ayurveda (BAMS), Homoeopathy (BHMS) & Allied courses such Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary and Fisheries courses and to the newly included colleges under Ayurveda and Homoeopathy courses. Candidates who want to be considered for the third phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses (except MBBS/BDS) shall have to log into their Home Page provided in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in and confirm their options by clicking the „Confirm‟ button available therein.
After Online Option Confirmation, the candidates can register fresh options to the newly included colleges under Ayurveda and Homoeopathy courses and can re-arrange / delete their higher order options from 18.09.2018 to 10 am on 22.09.2018 through the above website. The allotment on the basis of options received within the stipulated time will be published on 23.09.2018. The candidates who receive allotment shall have to take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/ balance fee (if applicable) payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations in any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment on any date from 24.09.2018 to 26.09.2018 and should join the course/college allotted before 5 pm on 26.09.2018.
The Candidates who receive allotment to Sree Vidhyadhiraja Homoeopathic Medical College, Nemom, Thiruvananthapuram should join the college before 5 pm on 25.09.2018 as per the Orders of the Hon‟ble High Court of Kerala dated 11.09.2018 in WP(C) No. 29190/2018. The list of Post Offices having the facility for fee payment is available in the website.
The "Facilitation Centres" [FC] having internet facility, will be functioning throughout the State during this period for providing necessary help to the candidates for registration of options.
The details of such centers are available on the above website. The higher order options in Medical & Allied courses of those candidates who have not joined the college allotted in the first/second phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses and those who have discontinued the course after joining have been cancelled as per the provisions in the Prospectus. Also, candidates who stand admitted in MBBS/BDS courses under All India Quota, as per the list provided by the Medical Counselling Committee, shall not be considered for the third phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses (excluding MBBS/BDS).

26.09.2018 (5 pm) | All the college authorities should approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS). |
Online Option Confirmation is mandatory for being considered in this phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses (except MBB/BDS) for both candidates allotted with a course in the previous phase and those who have not received any allotment in the previous phase. Those who do not confirm their options online will not be considered for this phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses (except MBBS/BDS). The existing allotment of those
candidates who do not perform online option confirmation shall be retained if he/she stands joined the course/college as per the previous allotment.
Candidates can register fresh options in this phase to the following colleges in the third phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses (except MBBS/BDS).

Note:
1) Candidates are advised to file/retain options to the courses/colleges to which they are sure to join and continue studies if allotted, at the time of registration of options.
2) Those candidates who do not want to be considered for the third phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses (except MBBS/BDS) should invariably delete their existing options.
3) The candidates whose results in the respective rank lists have been withheld due to various reasons can also register their online options for allotment. But the options submitted by such candidates will not be considered for allotment unless they produce the required documents to clear the defects and release their ranks before 5 pm on 21.09.2018.
Important: Candidates who are admitted to MBBS/BDS courses at present, if allotted to other Medical & Allied courses in this phase can accept the new allotment only after paying a liquidated damages of Rs. 10 lakhs in case discontinuing from MBBS course or Rs. 5 lakhs in case discontinuing from BDS course as per clause 12.2.4 (a) (iii) of the Prospectus for KEAM 2018. Also, such candidates are liable to be debarred from the Entrance Examinations and/or allotments conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations for a period not exceeding two years.
Token Deposit :
Candidates getting allotment afresh who belong to SC/ST/OEC/Children of Registered Fishermen category and those having benefits as per G.O. (MS) 25/2005/SCSTDD, dated: 20.06.2005 and G.O. (MS) 10/2014/BCDD, dated: 23.05.2014, have to remit the token deposit of Rs. 1000/- to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as the token of having accepted the allotment and should join the college allotted within the stipulated time.
The allotment to Colleges / Courses will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies, Affiliation from the Universities and Government Orders.
