    MBBS, BDS Admissions 2019 in Rajasthan: Round 2 Provisional Allotment list; Schedule Released

    MBBS, BDS Admissions 2019 in Rajasthan: Round 2 Provisional Allotment list; Schedule Released
    Rajasthan: The Rajasthan State NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board 2019 has released the schedule for the remaining allotment process and the provisional allotment list for Round 2 for MBBS and BDS candidates.

    Candidates who are vying for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in Rajasthan based medical and dental colleges can update themselves with the schedule as uploaded by the Rajasthan Medical Counseling Board on its official website.

    The counselling authority in its recent notification has clearly informed all NEET-UG 2019 qualified candidates seeking admission to MBBS / BDS Course that the 2nd Round of allotment procedure, after completing the process of mapping of candidates who have joined in Round 1 or Round 2 of All India NEET UG Counseling 2019 with the candidates who have applied for Rajasthan State NEET UG Counseling 2019 and excluding such candidates from the round 2 allotment process for State Medical / Dental (U.G) seats, will be held as scheduled below:

    Publishing of Second round allotment information on website (on-line)01.08.2019
    Resignation without forfeiture from seat allotted in Round 1 by a candidate of Round 1 who has opted for up-gradation and has not been upgraded in Round 203.08.2019

    Printing of allotment letter, on-line, through website, by the02.08.2019 to
    candidates06.08.2019
    Reporting by candidates at Academic Block, SMS Medical College,02.08.2019 to
    Jaipur against second round counseling for deposition of original06.08.2019
    documents, Demand draft of the prescribed fee, bond and 2 copies of(9.00 am to 4.00 pm)
    application form along with all relevant documents (self attested)
    Reporting at the allotted college to complete remaining formalities including bank guarantee and other financial procedures (refer respective college website for details) and appearance before the medical board of the allotted collegeBy 09.08.2019

    Application form for Mop-Up Round

    (Fresh application form will be required for Candidates who exit in Round 1 and Candidates who exit with forfeiture in Round 2)

    *Candidates who filled choices but were not allotted a seat in Round 1 as well as Round 2 need not fill the application form again for Mop-up Round
    Mop-up round (off-line) at Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur11.08.2019 and

    12.08.2019

    Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 (fresh allotment / up gradation) who do not join their Round 2 allotted seat or resign in due course of time, their registration fee will be forfeited.

    Calculation of NRI fee


    To calculate NRI fee in Indian Rupees, the opening rate of USD of State Bank of India (SBI) as on the forthcoming morning of publication of result of second round of counseling (State NEET UG Medical / Dental Admissions and Counseling 2019) would be applicable to respective concerned colleges of the State.

    Mop-up round (off-line)

    Mop-up round (off-line) will be conducted to fill-up seats remaining vacant after completion of Round 2 of counseling. For this purpose, fresh application form shall be opened on all India basis.

    After mop-up round, once the State NEET merit list is exhausted, the admissions on residual vacant seats will be done from the available list of all India NEET-UG 2019 qualified candidates, on filling application form with NEET UG Counseling Board 2019.

    As per MCI notification, a candidate who joins any seat will not be allowed to participate in the mop-up round.
