MBBS Admissions 2019: Maha CET Cell issues notice regarding Choice filling

Mumbai: Through a recent notification, Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (Maha CET Cell) has informed about the editing preference of Vedanta Institute of Medical Sciences, Dahanu, Palghar.

Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell is conducting the counselling for MBBS, BDS and other allied courses for Maharashtra based medical and dental colleges.

The notice uploaded on the official website of Maha CET Cell clearly mentions that the counselling authority received many representations from candidates who have been allotted MBBS Course at Vedanta Institute of Medical Sciences, Dahanu, Palghar but such candidates failed to edit option.

Considering the same, the Government of Maharashtra has directed Maha CET Cell to permit all candidates to Edit (Delete) the option only for Vedanta Institute of Medical Science, Dahahu, Palghar (College Code No.1147) before Second Round of MBBS/BDS Courses.

The Facility has been made available from 20/07/2019 11.00 am to 22/07/2019 upto 05.00 pm.

Candidates are requested Click here to edit your option for MBBS course at Vedanta Institute of Medical Sciences, Dahanu, Palghar (College Code No. 1147).

However, candidates who fail to join the aforesaid college in First Round will be considered in the Second Round as per edit option is given by candidates. No further facility will be given for Editing Preference for this medical College.

It is decided by Authority to Unlock the Preference of all such candidates who have given College Code No. 1147 for this code only.

All such desirous Candidates should visit the website and Edit (Delete) the Preference for this College.

It is instructed to candidates those who wish to delete the code No.1147. They should put the remark "NA" against this code.
