Masters of Public Health 2019 Counselling: RGUHS issues notice
Karnataka: Through a recent notification, the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka (RGUHS) has informed about the counselling session for admission to Master of Public Health course for the Academic Year 2019 -20.
Candidates who are intending to pursue this course, Masters of Public Health (MPH) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka can view the notice details as uploaded on the official website of the medical institute.
The Counselling for admission to Master of Public Health course for the Academic Year 2019 -20 for the candidates in the Merit List will be conducted on 26-11-2019 from 10. 00 a. m. onwards at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, 4th ‘T’ Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore.
All the eligible candidates are informed to attend the counselling along with following original documents for verification and to allot the seat.
Documents to be produced:
1. SSLC Marks card
2. Degree Marks card for all phases
3. Degree Certificate
4. Attempt Certificate
5. Internship Completion Certificate
6. Council/ Board Registration Certificate
7. Valid income and category certificate issued by the competent authorities
8. Certificate under Article 37 1-1 claiming reservation under HK Region
9. Probationary period declaration copy (applicable for In-service candidate only)
10. Two recent passport size photographs
