KNRUHS issues notice on 1st year BDS Supplementary Exam; Details
Hyderabad: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, (KNRUHS) Telangana State, Warangal has released a notification for 1st year BDS supplementary theory examinations which is scheduled to be held in January 2020.
In its notice, the varsity notifies about that the BDS first-year supplementary theory examinations to commence from 06.01.2020.
Students who are eligible to appear for the same, can view the details of the said notification as uploaded on the official website of KNRUHS mentioned below:
Eligibility to appear for BDS First year Supplementary Examinations-
1. The first-year students who have been admitted during the academic 2018-19 into the Dental colleges affiliated to KNRUHS in Telangana State, whose admissions are approved by the KNRUHS are eligible to appear BDS First-year supplementary examinations in the month of January 2020.
2. The first-year students who are having 75% of attendance or more and appeared for internal assessment examinations are eligible to appear the examinations.
3. The Candidates admitted by KNRUHS during the academic year 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 who have failed, detained and not written the BDS First year examinations are eligible to appear the examinations subject to fulfilment of regulations.
4. The cutoff date for calculation of attendance percentage will be 30.11.2019.
A) Submission Of Candidates Data Through Digital Mode:
The list of candidates appearing for University examination must be submitted through digital mode only. For any Technical help Contact Phone No. 09490823776.
B) Upload Of Internal Assessment Marks And Attendance:
I. The uploading of the Internal Assessment Marks & Attendance percentage till the cutoff date i.e., 30.11.2019 of the candidates from 04.12.2019 to 07.12.2019 positively.
II. The reconfirmation date for Internal Assessment Marks & Attendance of your college shall be on 09.12.2019.
Digital Valuation and providing only a single answer booklet without additional answer booklet
The University is a Digital campus and implementing digital valuation for all courses. For BDS Course exam will be conducted with single answer booklet with 64 writable pages with candidate-specific bar code on each page for the candidates appearing for examinations and no additional answer book will be issued to the candidates. The candidates should answer all the questions in the single answer booklet of 64 writable pages only.
Payment of Examination fee:
I. a) Per Subject - Rs. 600/-
b) Marks Memo - Rs. 300/-
c) Processing Fee - Rs. 350/-
Note: Processing fee for the students appearing for the first time only
II. Last Date without Fine From 11.12.2019 to 17.12.2019.
III. Last Date with a Fine of Rs. 200/- From 18.12.2019 to 20.12.2019
IV. Last Date with a Fine of Rs. 100/- per day (in addition to 200/-) From 21.12.2019 to 23.12.2019.

The practical/ Clinical and Viva Examinations commences from 16.01.2020 onwards and
the detailed time –table of practical examinations will be sent in due course.
Further, candidates are directed to submit the Expenditure bills for the previously sanctioned advance amount within 15 days (if not submitted already) and a requisition letter for sanction of Advance amount (Prescribed Proforma) for the conduct of Examinations should be sent well in advance before the examination date.
Without receiving requisition, the advance amount will not be sanctioned for the conduct of examinations. The payment of remuneration amount shall be spent as per the University norms (Copy enclosed). Candidates are requested to pay personal
attention in this matter as there are audit objections with regard to examination payments and non-submission of expenditure bills.
