    Kerala:Option registration begins for vacant MBBS/BDS seats

    Kerala:Option registration begins for vacant MBBS/BDS seats

    Kochi: The online option registration for vacant seats in MBBS/BDS courses in Govt/Govt. controlled self financing/ Private Self Financing Medical/Dental colleges and the government seats in the newly included Medical Dental Colleges has begun today.


    Medical aspirants who want to exercise the better option, to be considered in this option filling phase of allotment, shall have to go to their 'Home' page and confirm their option registration by clicking the 'Confirm' button shown there.


    With the online option confirmation over, the candidates can also rearrange /delete their higher option choices and also register fresh options to the new addition of colleges/courses from 16.09.2016 to 18.09.2016 by 1 pm through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in


    If students do not confirm their options online, they will not be considered for this allotment and their online higher options for MBBS/BDS will not be available in subsequent allotments; though the existing allotments of the aspirant would remain.


    Options received from a student upto 1pm on 18.09.2016, will be the ones considered for vacancy filling allotment to MBBS/BDS courses. These will be published in the evening on 18.09.2016.


    Aspirants who are chosen for the allotment are to take a printout of their respective allotments memo and pay the fee/balance fee to the CEE, at the designated branch of the State Bank of Travancore or through an online payment on 19.09.2016 or 20.09.2016.


    The designated SBT branches are highlighted on the website. The candidates have to join course/college before 5 pm on 20.09.2016, after fee remittance. Those who do not pay the fee or join the course college allotted, within the stipulated time, loose their allotments and also their higher options for the MBBS/Dental courses.


    18.09.2016 (1 pm): Time for Online Option Confirmation and re-arrangement/deletion/ addition of options ends


    18.09.2016 (8 pm): Publication of Allotment


    19.09.2016 & 20.09.2016: Candidates who receive allotment should remit the fee /balance fee payable in SBT or by way of online payment and should report before the college authorities to join the allotted college course...


    20.09.2016, 5.30 pm: All the college authorities should approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS)
