Kerala: TD Medical College to get a facelift

Alapuzha: The TD Medical College, Alappuzha, is in for a major face lift with a master plan being visualized for the development of the hospital .This plan would also incorporate improvements in various departments of the college. Health Minister,K.K. Shylaja announced that big measures were being taken to improve services at the hospital.

She also spoke about plans of rehabilitating sanitation workers involved in the cleaning drive of the hospital. The minister revealed that construction of pay wards at the hospital were also under consideration at the hospital by the government.

A 24 hour pharmacy was also being planned on the premises, stated the minister. The forensic department would also be strengthened, she added.
