JIPMER PG 2020: Results out for MD, MS, DM, MCh entrance exams; Check out NOW

Puducherry: The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER Puducherry) has released the Result of the entrance exams held for admission to MD, MS, DM, MCh Courses January 2020 session.

The students who appeared for the concerned examinations are requested to view the separate notices for MD, MS and DM, MCh results as uploaded by the institute.

Candidates called for counselling — MD/MS Courses (January 2020) session

On the basis of the performance in the online entrance exam, the candidates have been shortlisted to attend the Certificate verification/Counseling as per the schedule is given below:

I. Category (Rank Wise Shortlisted):-

II. Date, Venue & Reporting time of the counseling for UR, OBC, INST, SC, ST Category

III. Date, Venue & Reporting time for Sponsored Candidates / Foreign National Candidates & OPH candidates — Medical Board)

The list of certificates to be brought on the day of counselling (Ref: Prospectus Page No.25)

All applicants who have appeared for the entrance examination can download their individual rank letter from official website of JIPMER (www.jipmer.edu.in) w.e.f 19-12-2019 at 11 AM onwards.

The MD/MS Counseling will be followed according to the Roster Point Allocation method (Ref: Annexure — I in the Prospectus)

No individual communication will be sent to any of the candidates.

The candidates are informed to check the JIPMER website for relevant and updated instructions on counseling periodically.

Change of Certificate verification / Counseling date will NOT be allowed to any candidate under any circumstances.

Sub: Candidates called for certificate verification — DM/M.CH Courses (January 2020 session)

On the basis of the performance in the online entrance exam, the candidates mentioned have been short-listed to attend the certificate verification as per the schedule is given below:

I. Date, Venue & Reporting time of the counseling

All applicants who have appeared for the entrance examination can download their individual rank letter from official website of JIPMER (www.jipmer.edu.in) w.e.f 18-12-2019 at 11.00 AM onwards.

II. List of Original Certificates

The Shortlisted candidates should bring the following original certificates along with self-attested copies (ONE SET) at the time of certificate verification.

Original Hall Ticket with Seal marked by Exam Venue Invigilator on the day of examination.

Rank Letter

Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or X Std. Certificate)

MBBS Degree Certificate

MD / MS / DNB Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate.

Character and Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institute last studied.

Residence Certificate issued by Revenue Authority not below the rank of Tahsildar S OCI Registration Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (If applicable).

Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied. S Migration Certificate from the University last studied.

Permanent Medical Registration Certificate (MBBS) from Medical Council of India (or State Medical Council)

Registration of Additional Medical qualification with M.C.I.

Sponsorship Certificate.

Service candidate should produce NOC / Relieving Order and a certificate granting study leave with or without pay as the case may be (If applicable).

Four Passport size colour photographs identical with the photograph uploaded in the application.

If the certificates are in any other language, except in English, English Translation attested by a Gazetted Officer should be produced.

Change of Certificate verification date will NOT be allowed to any candidate under any circumstances.
