JIPMER MBBS 2019: View Vacant Seats; Schedule for Round 2 Counselling

Puducherry: Through a recent notification Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER Puducherry) has announced the vacancy status and schedule for Round 2 MBBS counselling.

Candidates who have applied for Round 2 Counselling for MBBS course can update themselves with the vacant seat position (category wise) and schedule mentioned below.

As per the notice issued by the Dean Academics, the Second counselling for admission to MBBS course 2019 is scheduled on

24.07.2019 (Wednesday) at Mini Auditorium, 4" Floor, JIPMER Academic Center, Puducherry — 6 as detailed below:-

The updated vacancy status as on 17.07.2019 for Second Counseling is listed below:-

Since, the above vacancies had fallen only under General —UR, OBC & SC category the same would be filled from UR/OBC/SC categories.

* The Roll Nos. of these candidates are eligible for the Second Counseling as given Annexure — I of this Notice.

• Candidates who have been called (UR 1-750, OBC: 1-370, SC: 1-200) but did not register their names in the First Counseling held on 06.2019 & 27.06.2019 are not eligible for this counselling.


• It is essential that the candidate has to appear in person for the Representation of candidates by any other authorized person will not be permitted for counselling under any circumstances.


• The candidates are required to refer the prospectus for details on counselling and Candidate opting for a seat in this second counseling should join the course immediately after the medical examination conducted by JIPMER.

The admission session for MBBS course at JIPMER will close on 30.09.2019 (Monday).
