Puducherry: Through a recent notification Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER Puducherry) has announced the result for MBBS Entrance Exam 2019.

The candidates mentioned (Annexure - I have been shortlisted on a provisional basis for first counselling. The candidates will be permitted to attend the counselling only after verification of Biometric fingerprint, Photo and Certificates ( List of certificates to be brought on the day of counselling.

All applicants who have appeared for the Entrance Examination can download their individual Rank Letter from the official website of JIPMER (www.jipmer.edu.in) from 12.06.2019 (Wednesday) from 11.00 AM onwards.

On the basis of the performance in the entrance exam, the candidates mentioned (Annexure-I) have been short-listed for first counselling as scheduled below. No individual communication will be sent to any candidates

The candidates are informed to check the JIPMER website periodically for relevant and updated instructions on counselling. Change of Counselling date will NOT be allowed to any candidate under any circumstances.

DURATION OF COURSE:

Duration of the MBBS course is 4 years and 6 months as per the Academic Calendar of JIPMER followed by ONE year of Compulsory Rotatory Internship for the award of Degree.
