JIMER MBBS Seat Allotment 2016 for admission released

Puducherry: JIPMER has recently published its MBBS seat allotment 2016 on its website www.jipmer.edu.in. Seat allotment for medical courses in 2016 can be checked on this link.

Steps to download the seat allotment list released:

• Visit the website-www.jipmer.edu.in


• Visit the home page which will be displayed after you click on the link


• Click on the link given on the homepage to download JIPMER seat allotment 2016


• Click on the download link and open it in a new tab


• Fill in the required details on the page like DOB, Login ID, Password etc. and submit


• The displayed page will give you the allotment order


• Keep a print out of the allotment order to carry a copy with you for further references

Following will not be included in the merit list:

• General candidates who have scored below the minimum percentile 50


• General OPH candidates having secured below the minimum percentile 45


• Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Other Backward Classes with below minimum percentile 40 in aggregate in the subjects taken together in the Entrance Examination

Other key points

• No individual letters to be sent out to the selected candidates


• Candidates in the waiting list will also not receive individual letters


• The allotment list has been published on the website


• Those selected should be present for counseling and medical examination at the institute’s premises


• All expenses for appearing on the date of counseling to be borne by the candidate on the notified date


• Biometric authentication of finger print and image of the candidate will be done at the premise of counseling- before entry into the counseling hall


• Candidates are required to carry the documents including the original mark sheet, age-proof, transfer certificate, character certificate, and the rest mentioned in the prospectus. The original documents are necessary to proceed for finalization of the admissions
