HP Cabinet to Operationalise Medical University

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday decided to operationalise Medical University at Ner Chowk in Mandi district for effective management and monitoring of all the medical colleges of the state.

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur presided over the meeting.

While reviewing the feedback regarding 'Jan Manch' held on June 3, 2018, in the state, it was informed in the Cabinet meeting that a total of 4,007 complaints were received out of which most of them were redressed on the spot.

The Cabinet gave the approval to enhance stipend to the MBBS interns of IGMC Shimla, Dr Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College, Tanda and BDS interns of HP.
