Health Minsitry Invites Applications for B.Sc Hons Nursing at College Of Nursing,Lady Harding Medical College

Applications are invited from women candidates for admission B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing Course commencing from 20th July 2017. The Prospectus & Application form for admission to B.Sc (Hons) Nursing course can be downloaded from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Website: - http://mohfw.nic.in. w.e.f.- 15/5/2017 to 31/5/2017.

A candidate seeking admission to college of Nursing, shall submit completed application on the prescribed form in Annexure I & II of the prospectus. Total seats available for admission: – 50 (FIFTY).

Duly filled application form for the session 2017 can be submitted to College of Nursing along with Demand Draft amounting Rs 550/- (Rupees Five Hundred Fifty Only) for General and OBC Candidate and Rs 300/-(Rupees Three Hundred Only )for SC/ST Candidate Payable at New Delhi favoring "The Director, LHMC & Associated Hospitals New Delhi". “Persons with Disabilities” Candidates need not to submit any fee (D/D) along with application form.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Age: Minimum age requirement is 17 years as on 31.12.2017. Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed senior school certificate examination or Indian School Certificate Examination (10+2) 12 year course or an examination recognized as equivalent there to with 45% or more marks (40% or more marks for SC/ST/OBC) in the aggregate of 4 subjects including English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology provided the student has passed in each subject separately. Students who appeared in +2/SSC or equivalent examination in this year may also apply awaiting results.

The reservation for SC/ST, OBC, CWWAPP & PWD candidates will be as per Government of India Rules out of the Total No. of seats available for admission.

Last date for receipt of completed application by hand or by post - 31 /5/2017 till 4 PM at College of Nursing, Lady Hardinge Medical College Campus, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg, Opposite Shivaji Stadium, New Delhi – 110001

Admission will be made on the basis of merit of written selection test which will be held on 25/6/2017 (Sunday) 10 AM in Delhi at the venue mentioned in the admission ticket.
