Haryana DMER invites applications to fill up posts of Director, PGIMS Rohtak

Chandigarh: Haryana Medical Education and Research Department has invited applications to fill up the post of Director, Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak, (PGIMS Rohtak) latest by November 14, 2018, a Spokesperson of the department said here on Thursday.

While giving this information, he said the applicant should have a basic recognised medical qualification included in the schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). The applicant should have MD/MS/DM/ MCh or equivalent qualification recognised by the Medical Council of India in any speciality.

He should have a minimum of 20-years teaching experience, out of which five years should be as Senior Professor or on an equivalent post in Medical College or Institution recognised by the Medical Council of India. He should have preferably attained National or International status in the field of teaching or research or professional competence.

The applicant should not be below the age of 50 years and should not hold office on attaining the age of 65 years. The post of Director would be a tenure post for three years. For more details, candidates could visit the website of college www.pgimsrohtak.nic.in, he added.
