Gujarat PG medical Admissions 2019: Round 2 Counselling Schedule released, Choice Filling facility ON

Ahmedabad: The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Education Courses (ACPPGMEC), Gandhinagar has released the schedule for NEET PG Round 2 Counselling 2019 for PG medical courses.

As per the schedule mentioned below, the choice filling facility has already commenced from today and it will end on 24/04/2019 at 04.00 pm. PG Medical candidates are requested to fill their choices accordingly.

For all the eligible candidates and included in the Merit List of ACPPGMEC, for admission of Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats of Medical and Dental Post-Graduate Courses in Government and Self-Financed Medical and Dental Colleges for the academic year 2019-20. Schedule for the 2nd round of online choice filling and allotment is as follows:

NEET PG Round 2 Counselling 2019 Important Dates

• 2nd Round Final Choice Filling - From 22/04/2019 at 12.00 noon to 24/04/2019 at 04.00 pm


• Display of Choices filled by candidates - From 24/04/2019 up to 06.00 pm


• Display of Seat Allotment - 25/04/2019 at 11.00 am


• Payment of Fees at designated Axis Bank - 25/04/2019; 26/04/2019; & 29/04/2019 till 1.00 pm


• Online Payment of Fees - 25/04/2019 to 29/04/2019 at 1.00 pm


• Reporting at Help Center - 25/04/2019; 26/04/2019; 27/04/2019; & 29/04/2019 till 4.00 pm

Process for participation for Round 2 of online choice filling and allotment

• The candidates, who have confirmed the admission of the first round, can participate in the second round. It is not compulsory to cancel the admission of the first round to participate in the second round.


• The candidates, who have not confirmed the admission of the first round, can participate in second round The candidates, who have cancelled the admission of the first round, can participate in the second round


• The candidates, who have not been allotted any seat in of first round, can participate in the second round.


• The seats available for admissions in the first round, according to the student's merit, will not be available in the second round or any subsequent rounds. Please see the Last Rank of Result of 1st Round on website: www.medadmgujarat.org.


• The candidates, who want to participate in the second round, have to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in the second round, otherwise, the candidate will not be considered during the allotment process.


• To participate in the second round, the candidates have to log-in in the website www.medadmgujarat.org using their User-ID and Password to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in the second round.


• The candidates can change/switch/add/delete their filled choices of the first round


• If the candidates, who have confirmed the admission of the first round and have given consent to participate in second round, have been allotted new different seat, the admission of the first round will get automatically cancelled


• If the candidates, who have confirmed the admission of the first round and have given consent to participate in second round, have not been allotted any new different seat, the admission of the first round will be continued


• IMPORTANT: The candidate, who has participated or not participated in 2nd Round, the admission of 1st round can also be upgraded in the same college and same subject by change of category (i.e. ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat) or change of quota (State Quota (GQ) to Institutional Quota (UQ)), there is no need to report the help centre for confirmation of admission

Admission Committee for Professional PG Medical Education Courses is conducting counselling for MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS courses in the category of Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats in Government and Self-financed Medical and Dental Colleges for the academic year 2019-20.
