Gujarat: MCI visit to NHL Municipal College
Gujarat: NHL Municipal College recently has a special committee of MCI visiting its premises for inspection.
The college is reported to have applied for an increase of 100 seats, taking the total seats to 250.
MCI is reported to have made its initial round of inspection at the college in view of the application submitted by the college. It is reported that the college was seen making last minute preparations before the MCI visit.
Present during the inspection were doctors from the Shardaben Hospital and the LG Hospital
TOI reported that the MCI inspection coincided with a probe by a four-member committee investigating the Nikol road demolition deaths at Shardaben Hospital.
One of the survivors in the incident was asked to speak to the team and give a detailed recall to the members.
