GSL Medical signs MOU with ANUR on invasive procedures
Rajamahendravaram: The GSL Medical College, Rajamahendravaram will be for conducting certificate courses in minimally invasive procedures in the field of medicine and surgery.This decision was taken after it signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Adikavi Nannaya University on Thursday. A short term course of a three month duration would cost less than Rs.50,000.
The aim behind the collaboration between the university and the medical college was to render authenticity to the courses conducted by the GSL Medical College along with other educational institutions.
The admission and selection of students along with curriculum implementation and evaluation would be done under the university’s guidance. The course is open to any post graduate or practising surgeon.
GSL Medical College is the only medical institution offering these certificate courses in India said, Dr Ganni Bhaskara Rao, GSL Medical College,who also presided over the signing of the agreement between the university and the college.
