Exempt state run colleges from NEET: Chennai Doctor Body
Chennai: The Doctor’s Association of Social Equality has demanded exemption from National Eligibility Entrance Test(NEET), for state run medical colleges. The Association will organize a demonstration near Chennai District Collector's office on Tuesday, 4pm on wards.
The Association Secretary, GR Ravindranath reiterated that the body wanted exemption from NEET for all state run institutions. However, he added, that NEET should be implemented in all private universities reports the TOI.
This year, admission to all undergraduate and post graduate medical and dental courses will be based on NEET.
