Exam Stress: Yet another medico commits suicide, leaps to death
Kakinada: Fear of failure in exam, made a 3rd-year MBBS student end his life by jumping off the third floor of his hostel building at Rangaraya Medical College, on Thursday, his exam day.
College sources told the Hans India the victim has been identified as Lanka Gireesh Naidu pursuing a medicine course at Rangaraya.
The medico committed suicide by jumping from the third floor of college hostel. Gireesh Naidu was hailing from Srikakulam district and has been residing in the RMC men’s hostel.
The third-year medical examinations at the college are in progress but unfortunately, on Thursday, Gireesh instead of walking towards the exam hall for his test climbed to the 3rd floor and jumped off to his death.
