  1. 1. It is a matter of grave concern that the concerned Professor is a representative of MCI & hence is well versed regarding rules there of.
    2. The concerned Susruta Hospital/NH is not an institute to impart training to MCh Urology students.
    3. Allowing students in that hospital in any pretext (of learning) is highly illegal.
    4. The concerned Professor is aware of the matter, but was exploiting the students/situation for his personal gain as he is involved in that hospital.
Hence: a) Legal criminal procedure for utilizing his official position for personal gain has to be initiated.
    b) He be removed from any position what so ever from MCI as these Black Sheep are bringing disrepute to MCI.
    c) Departmental action to be initiated against the concerned Professor. Till then he be suspended from service with fixation of headquarters away from Cuttack so as to prevent him from exerting his influence.
