DM, MCh, DNB SS Admissions 2019: MCC releases Round 2 Final Result for NEET SS 2019 Counselling
New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee has released the Final Result for the second round of NEET SS Counselling 2019 for admission to DM, MCh and DNB SS courses.

Note: For ensuring faithful obedience of time schedule and also keeping in view the limited time available for conducting of counselling, All Participating Institutes/Colleges are directed to treat all Saturday, Sunday & Holidays (except 15th Aug 2019) as working days.
Important Points to be noted for Reporting for Round-2 of Super Specialty Counselling fo DM/ MCh/ DNB seats:Points to be noted by Candidates allotted seats in Round-2 Candidates who gave willingness for Upgradation in Round-1 but have retained their earlier seats (of Round-1) will continue themadmission in allotted college of Round-1 and should report to the college for joining the allotted department. Candidates who have been upgraded in Round-2, should report at the college of Round-1to get themselves relieved, take back their original certificates and report to the upgraded college of Round-2. Students should report at the allotted colleges after downloading their Provisional Allotment Letters from MCC website (www.mcc.nic.in) and wit their original documents within stipulated time and should n t wait for the last date as per documented schedule. Candidates who have not been upgraded and do not want to continue on their Round-1 seat can surrender their earlier seat of Round-1 within the stipulated time. However, their Security amount will be Forfeited.Points to be noted by the College Authorities: College authorities should relieve the candidates who have been upgraded, from their Reporting Module after completing all the formalities. The exit of the upgraded candidates should be made hassle-free by the college authorities as they have to report to the next allotted Institute. The Seat Surrender option will be activated at the time of Reporting and the colleges have to surrender the seats only through online mode. In case any seat is surrendered in offline mode, it should be reported online by the college authorities.NEET SS 2019 Counselling ROUND 2 FAQS
Q. No. 1: In case I have Birth Certificate/Caste Certificate/other certificate(s) in regional language, will it be acceptable at the time of reporting/joining?
Ans.: Certificates issued by the competent authority should be in English or Hindi language. Please remember that some of the states insist for certificate in English language only. Candidates are advised to carry Certified Copy of English version of the original certificate, in case certificate issued is in other than English language along with original certificate.
Q.No.2: What about condition of Stipend/fee structure/course duration/bond amount/rendering of service in rural/tribal area/other conditionalities.
Ans.: Stipend /fee structure/ course duration / bond amount / rendering of service in rural / tribal area/other conditions etc. may vary from State to State and Institute to Institute. Some seats may be approved/ permitted but not yet recognized by MCI / NBE. The allotment made through online allotment process will be firm and final as per Hon'ble Supreme Court's directions. Therefore, the candidates should well examine these points before opting for a seat at a medical college. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) shall neither be responsible nor shall entertain any case on above grounds, if any. The information received from various participating Medical Colleges/Indtitute has been made available on Ministry of Health & Family Welfare / MCC website (under the Medical Counseling – Super Specialty Counseling - Information about college, fee, bond information etc.). Candidates are advised to visit the website of college/ institution to check the information. In case they require any additional information, they can contact the college / institution on telephone/email before opting for choices.
Q. No. 3: Can I know which of the seats are recognized or permitted by the MCI?
Ans.: You may refer the MCI website, www.mciindia.org / www.nbe.org or Ministry of Health & Family Welfare website www.mohfw.nic.in for this.
Q. No. 4: At the time of admission will my original certificates be retained by the allotted college/institution?
Ans.: Yes, all the participating colleges/institutions have been instructed to retain original certificates of admitted students and release them only on up-gradation of the seat or resignation by the candidate to prevent seat blocking.
Q. No. 5: In case some of the Super Specialty seats are sanctioned by the Medical Council of India/ NBE / Central Government after start of Counseling (as per counseling Schedule) will they be added in seat matrix (available seats).
Ans.: As per the “Time Schedule for completion of Admission Process for Super Specialty Medical Courses approved by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in IA Number 7 & 8 in Writ Petition (Civil) no. 76 of 2015 in Ashish Ranjan & Ors. Vs Union of India & Ors. Case vide order dated 18.01.2016. Accordingly, Round-1 and Round-2 counselling will be conducted and there is no provision of Round -3. However, exception to the rule is seats which are increased due to Teacher/ Student ratio and sanctioned under 10A act, such seats can be added.
Q. No. 6: What will happen to seats which remains vacant after completion of Round-2 of Counseling?
Ans.: Seats remaining vacant after the Round-2 of the counselling will be transferred to respective colleges/ institutes/universities for stray vacancy round as per the counselling schedule.
Q. No. 7:- What is the procedure for Stray Round Counselling which will be conducted by respective colleges/ institutes/universities?
Ans: The net vacant seats arises due to Non joining , Non Reporting of Round 2 will be published in the seat matrix and eligible candidates willing for admission against such vacant seats have to report at the respective colleges/ institutes/universities.
