    DM examination: WBUHS opens window for applications

    West Bengal: Through a recent notice, West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) opens the window for application for DM examination.


    The DM examination is going to be commenced on 17th December and all candidates, who intend to appear for the exam are required to fill up the form.


    The notice with full details of the original website of WBUHS is mentioned below:


    This is for all concerned candidates for the DM Examination commencing on 17.12.2018. Candidates are requested to fill up the online form for the above-mentioned examination positively on 14.12.2018, Friday (11 am onwards).


    ❖ Online application forms will be available only within the time and date mentioned above at the official Online Registration services portal (www.wbuhs.ac.in) of the University.


    ❖ Students are instructed to login through their respective individual credentials received through registered Email ID and fill in all the required fields / submit requisite fees online and take print out of filled up form, which must be submitted to the Principal/Head of the Institution/Nodal person nominated by respective colleges for acknowledgment of the same.


    ❖ Principal/Head of the Institution/Nodal person of respective colleges are requested to acknowledge the filled up forms submitted by students for keeping the record of applicants.


    ❖ Admit cards and Attendance sheets will be sent to the Principals’ offices of respective colleges. The same will also be sent to their respective E-mail addresses on 15th of December,2018 (1:00 p.m. onwards).


    ❖ Principal/Head of the Institution/Nodal person of respective colleges are hereby requested to download and handover the Admits cards to respective students against the acknowledged filled up application forms and/or requisite fees.


    Note:


    This is for particular attention to students facing any sort of technical problems to access log in the portal and/or discrepancies related to User ID/ Password: You are hereby asked to log a ticket in help desk for technical assistance (ion.servicedesk@tcs.com ).


    ❖Students must exercise due caution while filling up online application forms.


    ❖No change will be permitted by the University for any Filled up Application forms submitted and Admit card generated thereafter.


    ❖In case of double payment made by any students, fees will be refunded in due course of time through official route.


    ❖College authorities are requested to display/upload the notification for wide circulation to all concerned.
