Cop held for molesting medical student

Shahdol: A constable was arrested from Madhya Pradesh's Morena district by Shahdol Police on the charge of molesting a medical student, police said.

Constable Pancham Singh Gurjar was arrested yesterday and presented before a local court from where he was sent to jail.

Recently, the victim – who is studying in a medical college in Rewa – was travelling in a bus to Shahdol when the constable, who was sitting in a seat adjacent to her, molested her.
On the basis of her complaint, the constable was arrested from Morena.

Gurjar is facing molestation charges in Gwalior as well due to which he was transferred to Shahdol.
