Tamil Nadu: KAP Viswanatham Govt Medical inspected by MCI for PG courses

Trichy: KAP Viswanatham Government Medical College(KAPVGMC) attached to the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital (\MGMGH) was visited by the Medical Council of India's (MCI) team of doctors, for an inspection for sanctioning the start of PG courses at the college.


The four new courses to be initiated on approval include: MS Ophthamology, MD Pathology,MS Anatomy, and MD Microbiology. The visiting team inspected the respective four departments. The college has applied for four seats in each of the courses.


The MCI sanction will depend on the report submitted by the visiting officials reports TOI.
