PM Modi inaugurates GMERS Medical College

Vadnagar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated GMERS Medical College in his hometown Vadnagar in Gujarat. After inauguration, PM Modi also interacted with the students at the college.

The prime minister launched the Intensified Mission Indradhanush, to accelerate progress towards the goal of full immunization coverage. He also distributed E-tablets to health workers to mark the launch of ImTeCHO, a mobile app to improve performance of Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA) workers. Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, his Deputy Nitin Patel, Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda were also in attendance at the event.
