PG Medical Admissions: CEE Kerala releases First Phase Allotment list; Details

Kerala: The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has released the First Phase allotment list for the counselling of PG Medical (Degree/Diploma) Courses 2019 in the Government Medical Colleges in the State, Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram and Private Self Financing Medical Colleges.


This allotment is based on the rank in the revised Kerala State merit list published on 06.04.2019 and the online options filed by the General and Service Quota candidates. Candidates who have appeared for the NEET PG Counselling with CEE Kerala to pursue PG medical courses from the state can now check the First Phase Allotment results at the official website of CEE Kerala.


The information to this effect comes via a recent notification uploaded on the official website of CEE Kerala which clearly states:


The First phase allotment to the PG Medical (Degree/Diploma) Courses 2019 in the Government Medical Colleges in the State, Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram and Private Self Financing Medical colleges is published herewith. This allotment is based on the rank in the revised Kerala State merit list published on 06.04.2019 and the online options filed by the General and Service Quota candidates. The allotment result is available in the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, www.cee.kerala.gov.in.


In the first phase of allotment, no allotment has been done to Karuna Medical College, Palakkad and Kannur Medical College, Anjarakkandy, Kannur as per intimation from the Kerala University of Health Sciences. Also, the Diploma courses (Diploma in Child Health and Diploma in Dermatology & Venerology) in Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur, have been excluded from the allotment, as the courses are converted to respective Degree courses and allotment has been done to these degree courses/seats.


To view the allotment result, candidates should log on to the 'PG Medical 2019 – Candidate Portal' by submitting their Application Number and Password. Then by clicking on the link 'Allotment Result', candidates can view their allotment result. It is necessary to take a printout of the Allotment Memo. Those candidates who receive an allotment shall have to remit the fees as specified in the first phase allotment memo to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations by way of Online Payment or in any designated Head Post Office, by way of cash, in order to accept the allotment.


After remitting the required fees, the allotted candidates should report for joining the allotted colleges from 08.04.2019 to 12.04.2019, 5 pm along with the required documents specified in the allotment memo. The balance tuition fee, if any, should be remitted at the allotted college during admission. The allotted candidates who do not take admission in the respective college before the time specified will lose his/her present allotment as well as all the
higher order options. Such candidates will not be considered for further online allotment for the existing options.


All the college authorities should approve the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS) at 5 p.m. on 12.04.2019.


Note: Candidates who have claimed SC/ST reservation and whose caste status is under scrutiny by KIRTADS have been provisionally considered for allotment. The allotment/admission, if any, of such candidates, shall be purely provisional and subject to final verification of their caste status.
